Earlsmann are at LuxLive 2014
Earlsmann are exhibiting at Lux Live for the first time this year and we’re excited! We’re going to be showing some new products with state-of-the-art driverless LEDS and some older products with improved technology.
We like to keep up with the latest trends and discover the latest in LEDs. This year, during our recent trip to Hong Kong, we found that driverless LEDs are starting to become usable and, at 100lm/W or more, are becoming a viable alternative to constant current devices.
As you would expect, these need no driver and simply connect direct to mains, which improves their reliability. What is more, they are triac dimmable so, for the right application, they are an excellent solution.
It takes time to develop a full range but we will be launching the first of our AC “direct to mains” products. We will have driverless tubes on show and the first of our UK manufactured driverless products – Bedford AC – on display. We also have a range of driverless bulbs, down lights and flood lights which will be available within a few weeks.
We will be showing our standard constant current products including the popular Brighton high / low bay lights and Dover floods, with active thermal control and low cost street lighting for “S” class road and car parks with remote drivers making them among the most reliable available today.
