The Earlsmann range of LED replacements for fluorescent tubes are perfect for commercial applications where high efficiency and long life, to reduce maintenance costs, are important. They emit no UV and run cool and have a service life up to 50000 hours. The tubes are  manufactured  from polycarbonate with an aluminium backing so are extremely durable.

The Earlsmann replacement tubes are among the brightest available and will help with carbon reduction programmes. 

There are many suppliers of LED tubes.  When compariing different products check the lumen output is equivalent and check they are fully emc compliant.  Some products will interfere with monitors and computer systems.

Our preferred types will replace their standard equivalents and provide a similar lux level. Based on our own tests a 600 mm fitting with 4x 10 watt Earlsmann LED tubes produces the same Lux level as 4 conventional 600mm tubes but uses 50% less power

Installation

LED tubes are simple to install. Simply disconnect the supply, remove the starter and fit the tube. For maximum savings ask a qualified  electrician to disconnect the ballast and remove any power factor correction capacitors. Fit the tube into the fitting and reconnect the supply.
