Suspended Ceiling LED Lighting

The Earlsmann Milan replacements for traditional suspended ceiling lighting systems are manufactured in the UK for quality and reliability. These energy efficient luminaires come in 2 standard sizes and use LED replacement tubes.  They emit no UV, run cool and have a service life up to 50,000 hours thus reducing maintenance.  These luminaries are LED equivalents of the traditional style 4x18 or 2x36.

Our emergency version uses a fully independant battery back up LED system.

Due to their high efficiency, these luminaires are extremely environmentally friendly and will help significantly with carbon reduction programmes.

Lumen output is only part of the equation. The important factor is the LUX level. The losses in a switch start fluorescent fitting can be up to 50% so a lamp efficacy of 90lm/W can result in a luminaire efficacy as low as 45lm/W (when new, less as they age). Typically a 600x600 luminaire with 4x18W tubes would be replaced with a 30W or 40W model.
