PolyLite Edge-Light Technology / Polylite Acrylic Sheet

Clear cast acrylic with patented PolyLite™ lightwave matrix applied to one surface. Light gets refracted within the panel onto the PolyLite matrix, to appear at the surface as an extremely bright single or double sided panel of illumination.

	PolyLite is acknowledged as the brightest of all printed edge lit products and is bright enough to back light large format graphics or posters, with the additional benefit of needing fewer lamps to run than conventional back lighting.
	Slim dimension; available in 8mm, 10mm and 12mm thick panels.
	Illumination will reach up to 1250mm from single light souce, 2500mm with lamps on either side
	Minimal "show through" to enable graphics to be laid directly onto the surface.

PolyLite advanced solutions for glass is about meeting the evolving needs of architects and interior designers and helping lighting designers and engineers achieve solutions with glass never before though possible.

In 2000 PolyLite-Lo-Iron Glass was launched so designers could specify PolyLite in major architectural applications.

Lo-Iron Glass can never be as optically clear as acrylic, but the technical properties and design of the PolyLite matrix means we achieve about 70% of the luminous efficiency of acrylic.

The re-designed matrix fused into the surface has meant PolyLite Glass is the brightest and most effective edge-lit glass product available anywhere. Making it entirely possible to be seen through by day and become a panel of colour at night.

VISION-L31 LED Framing System

Multi-purpose light frame developed specifically for edge-lighting 8mm and 10mm PolyLite (TM) Glass and acrylic and to be used with the latest generation of extra bright LED's.

Features:

	Built in heat sink management to keep LED's cool running.
	Removable LED rail with LED's and cabling embedded.
	Rubber gaskets for centreing the PolyLite firmly in the profile.
	Designed for use with new generation of high output LED's.
	LED's embedded in IP rated resin for trouble free performance.
	Profile design can be configured as a beam or into a mitred frame.
	As we design our own PCboards, we can use the very latest LED technology.
	All LED colours available.
	RGB Tri-chip technology solution for DMX applications.
	Internal heat sink profile removable for servicing.
